Like many entrepreneurs, I didn't start with a blueprint. I learned by building businesses, making difficult decisions, leading teams, navigating setbacks and discovering what it really takes to create a business that delivers both profit and freedom.

Over the course of my career, I've founded, acquired, scaled and exited businesses across manufacturing, sourcing, consumer products and professional services. I've raised more than $400 million in capital, been involved in 11 business acquisitions and 20 successful exits, and worked with businesses at every stage—from start-ups operating out of a garage to globally recognised companies.

Today, I work alongside founders, CEOs and leadership teams to help them think differently, build stronger businesses and create long-term enterprise value.
